Inter-Con Security Systems (Inter-Con) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded contracts for Court Security Officer Services in the 2nd Circuit, 5th Circuit, 6th Circuit, and 12th Circuit.

In the following days, incumbent employees can expect to receive additional information from Inter-Con regarding this employer transition. Inter-Con’s Human Resources Department will be sending out welcome packages containing new hire information, forms to be completed and additional instructions.

More that 50% of Inter-Con’s professional security officers are represented by organized labor and this positive relationship has resulted in one of the lowest ratios of Collective Bargaining Unit grievances in the security industry. In over three decades of providing premier security services, to both government and commercial clients, Inter-Con has consistently met every payroll and benefit obligation.

For those security professionals currently working within a Collective Bargaining Agreement, Inter-Con fully expects to honor the continuing spirit of these agreements until each can be individually addressed. In order to assure the smoothest transition possible, Inter-Con will adopt current wage agreements and will make every effort to accommodate current processes, including grievance and benefits provisions.
