Dallas, TX, June 14, 2023 – Following a public solicitation, Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) has awarded Inter-Con a four-year Contract to provide Unarmed Security Officer Services. Under the new security program, Inter-Con will provide over 100 security professionals to secure DART personnel, assets, infrastructure, and guests. DART is a public agency responsible for providing mass transit service around Dallas, TX, as well as to 12 surrounding cities. DART services include light and commuter rail, bus, GoLink on-demand services, and paratransit services, moving over 220,000 passengers per day across a 700-square mile service area.
