Leadership Team

Henry Hernandez

President & CEO

Henry Hernandez is President and CEO of Inter-Con Security. Prior to his current role, Henry was responsible for Inter-Con’s International Operations. Before joining Inter-Con, Mr. Hernandez worked as an associate in the New York office of law firm Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where he advised on private equity and commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Hernandez also previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Kim McLane Wardlaw on the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Hernandez holds a bachelor’s degree and JD from Harvard College and Harvard Law School, respectively. He is a licensed attorney in New York and California.

Brian Faulkner

Chief Information Officer

Mr. Faulkner is Inter-Con Security’s Chief Information Officer. He oversees all major technology solutions Inter-Con implements and provides across the United States for its clients. Prior to joining Inter-Con, he worked at Samsung, managing mobile commerce layers to support the company’s “all things open and connected” strategy. As a US Army Major, Mr. Faulkner served for ten years in the military and earned his M.B.A. from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Natalie Griffiths

Chief Compliance Officer

Natalie Griffiths is Inter-Con’s Chief Compliance Officer. Ms. Griffiths has held several roles of increasing responsibility during her tenure with Inter-Con. She is currently responsible for overseeing the Company’s compliance matters including Human Resources compliance functions. Ms. Griffiths is also proud to serve as the Chairperson for Inter-Con’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. Ms. Griffiths was an associate attorney in the employment law group at Jones Day prior to joining Inter-Con. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the Marshall Business School at the University of Southern California and her JD from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.

Neil Martau

Chief Administrative Officer

Mr. Martau is Inter-Con’s Chief Administrative Officer. A Certified Public Accountant, he has successfully ensured full regulatory and government contract compliance for billions of dollars in Inter-Con services. Prior to joining Inter-Con, Mr. Martau worked at Ernst & Whinney as a Supervisory Senior Accountant. He served in the Ohio Army National Guard and earned his B.S. in Accounting and Finance at the Miami University of Oxford, Ohio.

Robert Ray

General Counsel

Robert Ray is Inter-Con’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He is responsible for overseeing the Company’s Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management functions. Prior to joining Inter-Con, Mr. Ray held roles of increasing responsibility at Polaris, Inc. (NYSE: PII), including serving as the General Counsel of its Transamerican Auto Parts (TAP) Global Business Unit. Mr. Ray received his bachelor’s degree from Boston College and his JD from the University of California, Berkeley.

Richard Stack

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Stack is the Chief Operating Officer of Inter-Con Security. He has over 29 years of experience in the security industry, managing programs in all sectors for clients including the U.S. Government, state and local governments, ultra-high net worth individuals, international nonprofits, and Fortune 500 companies. Before joining Inter-Con, Mr. Stack served as a military policeman in the U.S. Marine Corps and earned a B.S. in Management and Leadership.

Charles Thuss

Chief Financial Officer

Charles Thuss is Inter-Con Security’s Chief Financial Officer. He has over 20 years of financial and operational expertise in previous roles ranging from from VP to CFO, and most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer of Construction Services for AECOM before joining Inter-Con. Mr. Thuss earned an MBA from the Wharton School as well as Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Stanford University.
